PDAC vs four high-mortality TCGA cancers (LUAD, BRCA, PRAD, COAD/READ) for quanTIseq immune fractions. Immune values are TIMER2.0 quanTIseq; KRAS status comes from each cohort's mutation file. Change the metric or apply a KRAS condition to compare like-for-like. QCMG is PDAC-only, so it's not in this view.
MetricCondition
median by cancer, PDAC highlighted
Kaplan–Meier survival by gene expression group (analysis 1.1). Split patients High/Low at the cohort median, or use the IL21R×IL21 four-group split. Shows survival curves, log-rank p, median OS per group, and — for the two-group split — a univariate Cox hazard ratio. Multivariable (adjusted) Cox is done outside the app; see the guideline.

Survival probability over time (months)
Expression-vs-expression correlation (analyses 1.3 / 1.5). Pick any two variables; expression axes are on a log₂ scale, not z-scores (TCGA: log₂(RSEM+1); QCMG: log₂ of upper-quartile normalised RSEM, so absolute values are not comparable across cohorts). KRAS VAF is available too — picking it gives KRAS VAF vs expression (analysis 1.3) and restricts to mutant tumors. Spearman (rank-based, preferred) and Pearson are both shown with two-sided p-values. Separated by cohort; optional KRAS filter.
XYCohortKRAS
Expression by mutation status (analysis 1.4). Patients are grouped by KRAS mutation status (mutant / wild-type / not-profiled) — KRAS is the only gene with mutation calls in this dataset. The boxplot shows the selected gene’s expression on a log₂ scale (TCGA: log₂(RSEM+1); QCMG: log₂ upper-quartile normalised RSEM), and a two-sided Wilcoxon rank-sum test compares KRAS-mutant vs wild-type. Default gene: EIF2AK2 (PKR).
